ARC Theatre Presents Men on Boats

Ten explorers. Four boats. One Grand Canyon. Men on Boats is the true(ish) comedic history of an 1869 expedition set out to chart the course of the Colorado River. With a twist...

The explorers included a one-armed captain and a crew of loyal daredevils and rapscallions, all of whom are being portrayed by female-identifying or non-gender-conforming actors. As the playwright indicates: "The characters in Men on Boats were historically white males. The cast should be made up entirely of people who are not...."

Live performances will be in our small space Stage 2 in the ARC Theatre building, limited seating. Masks and vaccinations are recommended but not required. Parking is free at the corner of College Oak and Myrtle.

Tickets: General $15 • Students $12 • Seniors $12 
Ticketleap Fees: $1 plus 2% per ticket 
Online ticket sales are stopped 2 hours before each performance. Ticketleap may put up a message saying the performance is sold out but tickets will still be available at the door.
