The Call Center is a districtwide office with staff that are trained to answer common questions and general inquiries related to the various needs of Los Rios students through incoming calls and website live chats. Our call center team speaks various languages to better support the diversity of our student population. Support includes:
- Application help
- Registration assistance
- Password issues
- Technology assistance (Canvas, eServices, and so on)
- Academic calendar and deadlines
- Universal Transit Pass (UTP) assistance
Calls that require greater specificity or expertise are routed to the specific college or department.
