You must know your current password to reset your password using these methods.

Reset Your Password On-Site

The following instructions apply on a PC or a computer running Windows, not a computer running macOS.

Using a Los Rios computer:

  1. Press Ctrl + Alt + Del.
  2. Choose Change a Password.
  3. Enter your Old Password.
  4. Enter a New Password, then enter it a second time to confirm the password.
  5. Click the submit arrow to change your password.

Reset Your Password Off-Site with Personal Device

Using a personal computer, laptop, or device:

  1. Go to the Change Password page.
  2. Log in with your current credentials (employee wID and password).
  3. On the following screen:
    • Enter your Current Password.
    • Enter a New Password, then enter it a second time to confirm the password.
  4. Click Change Password.

Reset Your Password Off-Site with a Los Rios Issued Device

Using a laptop or device issued by Los Rios:

  • Go to the Change Password page.
  • Log in with your current credentials (employee wID and password).
  • On the following screen:
    • Enter your Current Password.
    • Enter a New Password, then enter it a second time to confirm the password.
  • Click Change Password.

The following instructions apply on a PC or a computer running Windows, not a computer running macOS.

After you have successfully changed your password:

  • Connect to VPN via GlobalProtect (if you are not already connected).
  • Lock your device, so you are returned to the login screen.
  • Log in using your new password.

Important Note

Immediately after you change your password, you will also need to update your password on your mobile phone, tablet, and/or personal laptop that you currently use for work and that requires your Los Rios password.
