Hiring Resources

At Los Rios, we rely on our current employees to help us find and hire quality candidates to serve our students and colleges!

Before you can serve on a hiring committee, you need to complete Hiring Committee Training. Employees who want to serve as equity representatives on hiring committees also need to complete the Equity Representative Training.

The following resources are for current Los Rios employees who are trying to hire a new employee, serving on a hiring committee, or on-boarding new employees.
