The general services office oversees many functions of the district, including custodial services, purchasing, printing and mail services, receiving, safety and risk management, contracts, and real estate.
Questions regarding the agreement/contract approval process for your campus should be routed through your dean and vice president's office.
Contract Routing Sheet
The Agreement/Contract Approval and Routing Sheet GS Form 113 supplements the approval process. GS113 should be initiated by the originator to obtain approval for agreements/contracts with entities outside of Los Rios. Examples of when to use GS113:
- Approval of the use of another entity's facilities
- Approval of a consultant's agreement for services to be provided to the district
GS113 does not need to be used for district-approved contract forms. The vice chancellor of finance and administration is the district's authorized signer for agreements/contracts with other entities.
District Real Estate Services covers any property transactions. That includes leases, purchases, or sale of property. Also handled are easements or information relating to any recorded documents.
